Are your neon signs waterproof?
Our neon signs are water-resistant, but they are not waterproof. They are made for indoor use and for covered outdoor areas that are protected from rain and standing water. Please install them in a dry, sheltered location, avoid direct water spray, and never submerge them in water.
How long do your neon signs last?
Our signs use high-quality LED components with a rated lifespan of up to 50,000 hours under normal operating conditions. Actual lifespan depends on how many hours per day you use the sign, the brightness/dimmer setting, and the operating environment. This is an estimated component rating, not a warranty — see our 24-month warranty below for coverage.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your neon sign arrives damaged, please take photos or a video of the damage and the packaging, and email it to us at support@customneonstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with either a replacement or a refund.

Yes, all our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctioning that is not caused by misuse or accidents.
Will I see a proof of the design before it is made?
Yes, after placing your order, we will send you a digital proof of your design via email for your approval. Please review and approve the design within 24 hours so we can proceed with production.
Can I request a custom font for my neon sign?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of fonts (cursive, block, etc.), and you are welcome to send us your preferred font if it is not listed. Our design team will customize it to your specifications.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@customneonstudio.com as soon as possible. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Since our neon signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind.” We only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After your design is approved, production takes about 3–5 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 10–20 business days, depending on your location, customs, and the shipping carrier. These timeframes match our Shipping Policy.
